Departmental tasks were stuck in silos, forcing stakeholders to use disconnected tools and manual handoffs that made reporting and accountability extremely difficult. This fragmented setup led to constant context-switching and major delays, as productivity stalled whenever one person had to wait on another’s independent process.

My team and I built a centralized platform using React that integrates all departmental activities into a single, seamless workflow with built-in audit logs and reporting. By replacing disconnected tools with a modern, intuitive interface, the system removes the need for context-switching and allows stakeholders to manage administrative tasks effortlessly. This platform was developed as a Final Year Capstone project.
